Office Hours

Office Hours

Appointments are scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily with some appointments available during lunchtime for your convenience. We also offer early morning appointments starting at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Late morning and late afternoons are saved exclusively for sick children.

Our Physicians are dedicated to providing excellent patient care and always try to see all sick children on the same day that we are contacted. Unfortunately, we are experiencing a high number of patients who are not showing up for their regularly scheduled appointments or canceling at the last minute. We understand that emergencies do happen but we kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule an appointment. This will allow us to give your appointment to another child in need and help keep waiting times to a minimum. Effective August 1, 2019 you will be charged $25.00 per child for no-show sick appointments and $50.00 for no-show well child visits or medication checks. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Saturday visits are exclusively for emergencies. Our office is open on Saturday mornings for sick visits only. Please call the office on Saturday morning at 8:30 if you feel your child needs to be seen.

After Hours

One of the five doctors is "on call" for EMERGENCIES 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including all holidays. If you utilize our after hours service, your child must be seen in the office the following day for a thorough evaluation. High quality patient care is our primary goal.

Our office is open for phone calls from 8:30 a.m. till 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Lunch is taken daily from noon to 1:30pm.

If you child has an urgent situation (i.e. cut and bleeding, respiratory distress or wheezing), during regular office hours and you walk in without an appointment, we will make every effort to see you as soon as possible. However, if possible, please call prior to coming to our office so we can assist you in assessing your child's emergency and be sure a doctor will be available to see your child upon arrival.

If your child is not in distress and you walk in without an appointment, they will be scheduled for the next available time that morning (if available) or that afternoon. This will allow our schedule to run smoothly and saves parents and children from long waits.
